Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

Orders placed during the week are usually processed faster. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during high-volume periods may take a little longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after processing.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, local delivery services, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other delays outside of our control.

Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear after your order has shipped.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

For orders under $50, shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, RadianceBalm is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
